Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item received is damaged
- The item received is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible, products must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through an agreed payment method.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
